Rice Howard Place has undergone a transformation that brought a new vibrancy to the building, created harmony in the surrounding community, and complemented the changing Edmonton skyline. The transformation involved the replacement of the glass panels and redevelopment of the three main entrances: modernizing this iconic building.
Now begins the next significant investment in Rice Howard Place – “The Refresh”. A project which will include a full renovation of the interior main floor, exterior podium façade, and amenity spaces.
All original finishes will be replaced, with various elements being redesigned to bring the complex to a more modern aesthetic and better positioned in the current competitive environment. The project includes changes to the retail and food court rentable spaces and common areas incorporating them into a more fluid and modern design. This will complement and complete the significant modernization already completed.
